Cancellation Policy
โขAppointment cancellations in less than 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the service you booked. I need at least a 24 hours notice so I can plan/rearrange my day accordingly.
โขYou are given a 10 minute grace window to arrive past your appointment to and depending on how late you arrive I will either charge you a $10 late fee or reschedule you for another day. I cannot service appointments 10 minutes past time because my clients are back to back and I will not perform abbreviated services.
