CANCELLATION POLICY

•Appointment cancellations in less than 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the service you booked. All non shows will be charged 100% of service that was booked. I need at least a 24 hours notice so I can plan/rearrange my day accordingly. •You are given a 10 minute grace window to arrive past your appointment time and depending on how late you arrive I will either charge you a $10 late fee or reschedule you for another day. I cannot service appointments 10 minutes past time because my clients are back to back and I will not perform abbreviated services.
